Please understand that due to my chronic pain, personal life or mental state my efficiency with my art can sometimes slow down or even stop for a short time. I do try my hardest to not take longer than 6 months tops on most commissions but please know that it can possibly take longer if something comes up.
Do feel free to gently message me about your commission if you are worried about delivery time. (Rush orders dont apply to this)- - - - - - - - - - -General
- I reserve the right to refuse a commission and may choose to not disclose the reason why.
- Unfortunately, I don’t offer refunds. Please think before buying!
- Full detailed backgrounds are not always available, so please ask if they are open or not.
- Heavily NSFW and overly complex OCs will be a 35% fee based on the final amount.
- Additional characters will be double the price before fees if applicable.
- You may request a commission with written/ patchwork references(ie. Photo collages or Pinterest boards) but be aware that I may deny your request.Payment
- Payments will be paid in full through Paypal or Kofi within 48 hours of form acceptance. (Split payments are available for certain commissions through inquire)
- The prices indicated for each of my commissions are a base price, be aware that there may be extra fees that increase the final price.
- Do not try to haggle for a lower price. You will be blacklisted.Revisions
- Minor changes can be asked for throughout the progress of the commission, free of charge. (excess changes will be upcharged.)
- Major changes, (ie. complete commission change, entire pose change, different character) will cost a fee.
- If the commission is finished and you would like something adjusted or changed after you confirmed you were happy with the final product, it will cost a fee.Deadlines & Deliveries
- The process time for my commission are subjective as stated in my notice above. So I cannot guarantee an exact ETA. I will try to give an approximate ETA and the maximum time is around 1 year depending on my situation.
- Rush orders are allowed for a fee. The price of that fee will be determined when we discuss it.Usage
- You may repost the work to sites as long as you link back to me as credit.
- If you wish to use the artwork outside of personal use, (ie. commercial use.) That must be discussed with me PRIOR to payment.
- Commercial usage of my artwork for things like merch, streaming sites that you profit off of will cost an 80% fee based on the final amount.
- If you wish me to not stream or post about your commission, please let me know and we can discuss it.Intellectual Property Rights
- I retain all rights to my artwork, period.
- I retain the right to edit, crop, or modify your commission for promotion or samples for future work.
- You do not have the right to use my work as Non-fungible tokens (NFTs), cryptocurrencies or AI. You also do not have the right to process my art or name through AI generative code or apps.Communication
